Die Entstaubungsanlage KTK+ AIR-V ist mit seinem selbstreinigendem Gewerbefilter auf Basis von Druckluft und eingebautem Ventilator bestens für Handwerks- und Industriebetriebe geeignet, die eine Absaugung von feinen und mittleren Stäuben benötigen. Die Funktionsweise ist dieselbe wie bei der KTK+ FM Baureihe, aber die Reinigung der Filterbeutel erfolgt automatisch durch eine energiesparende Vorrichtung mit Differenzialdruckregler, welche den Lastverlust kontrolliert und den Luftfluss konstant hält. Die Stäube werden ständig von einem Sternventil herausgezogen. Die Absauganlage ist aus verzinkten und lackierten modularen Platten gebaut und besteht aus einem oberen Staubabsaugemodul, in dem der Ventilator untergebraucht ist, einem Zwischenmodul mit dem Reinigungssystem, einem mittleren Modul mit Filtergeweben sowie einem unteren Modul mit Beinen und dem Staubsammelsystem. Diese Modellreihe gibt es in zwei verschiedenen Varianten (siehe Bilder):

In the fluid dynamics laboratory of our Wasserburg competence centre, we design new fan wheels and turbines and optimise existing systems for performance, energy efficiency and noise emissions. We also develop complete systems of wheels with power units. Our range of tests includes suction operation, pressure operation and also unpressurised measurements. Revolutions up to 40,000 r/min and diameters of up to 250mm are possible. In our prototype department, we are able to simulate or modify the environmental circumstances of the fan wheels or turbines, thus achieving optimal operational conditions. Furthermore, we carry out mould-flow analysis, use ANSYS from external partners for the flow simulation and establish the fault probability and fault effect with FPFEs.
